This policy explains who owns the content on POWER Family and how it may be used.
1. Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of the text, photos, videos and other material you post: listings, comments, Academy guides, questions and answers, Fraud Registry reports, Ideas & Issues posts and your profile.
2. The licence you give us
By posting content you give POWER Family a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, resize and show it on the platform and in notifications, for as long as it is on the site. This licence exists only so we can run the service. We do not sell your content.
3. Content that must be yours
- Only post content you created or have permission to use. Do not copy other people's photos, guides or listing descriptions.
- Listing photos and screenshots must show the real asset. Public listing photos are shown to members; ownership-proof screenshots are private and seen only by the team.
- Academy guides should be your own work. If you quote someone, credit them.
4. Assets you sell
Listing an asset means you are its rightful owner or are fully authorised to sell it. When a deal completes, the asset and the rights you held in it pass to the buyer, as recorded in the signed declarations in the deal room. You may not keep access, copies of admin rights or recovery details after the sale.
5. POWER Family's own content
The POWER Family name, logo, design, price index, valuations, badges and the text of our policies belong to POWER Family. Do not copy them or present them as your own.
6. Removal
- You can edit or delete your own listings and posts where the site allows it. Deal records, signed declarations and Fraud Registry evidence cannot be deleted by members, because they protect other people.
- The team may hide or remove content that breaks our policies. Copyright complaints follow the DMCA Policy.
