POWER Family uses only the small number of cookies and browser storage items needed to run the site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics.
1. Cookies we set
- powerfamily_session — keeps you signed in and remembers your session. Expires after 120 minutes of inactivity. HttpOnly.
- XSRF-TOKEN — protects forms and actions against cross-site request forgery. Expires with your session.
- remember_web_… — set only when you tick "Remember me" at sign-in, so you stay signed in on that device. It is removed when you sign out.
These cookies are strictly necessary. The site cannot work without them, so they do not need consent.
2. Browser storage
- darkMode (localStorage) — the theme setting. The site currently always uses the light theme.
Some pages also keep a few interface states in the address (for example the open tab) so a refresh shows the same view. These are not stored on your device.
3. Third parties
- Google Fonts provides the Inter font. Your browser connects to Google to download it, which shares your IP address with Google. POWER Family does not set any Google cookies.
- Lucide icons and the Midone interface files are served from our own server.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the session or XSRF cookies you will not be able to sign in or submit forms. Signing out removes the "Remember me" cookie.
5. Changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
