POWER Family respects copyright and other intellectual property. This policy explains how to report content on the site that infringes your rights, and how members can respond. It follows the notice-and-takedown principles of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applies together with Egyptian intellectual property law (Law No. 82 of 2002).
1. What can be reported
- Photos, videos, texts or logos copied into listings, posts, Academy guides or comments without permission.
- Listings that offer to sell a page, account, channel or website that belongs to you.
- Impersonation of your brand or trademark.
2. How to send a notice
Signed-in members can use the Report button on the content and choose "Stolen content / copyright". You can also contact the team from inside your account. Your notice should include:
- your name and how to reach you;
- the work you own (or a link to it) and the exact content on POWER Family that infringes it (a link to the page or listing);
- proof that you own the work or are authorised to act for the owner;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
3. What we do
- The team reviews every notice. If it is valid we remove or hide the content, or take the listing down, and tell the member who posted it why.
- Members who repeatedly post infringing content may be restricted or suspended (see the Terms of Service).
- Reports are private: the member who posted the content is not told who reported it, unless that is needed to resolve a legal claim.
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have permission to use it, contact the team with an explanation and any proof (for example a licence or proof of ownership of the asset). The team will review it and may restore the content.
5. False notices
Do not send notices you know are false. Abusing the report system can lead to a restriction from sending reports or other enforcement.
