Buying and selling digital assets carries real risks. POWER Family reduces many of them with official middlemen, deadlines and warranties, but it cannot remove them all. Please read this before you trade.
1. Platform risk
Pages, accounts, channels and groups live on third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and others). Those platforms can change their rules, restrict reach, remove monetisation or disable an asset at any time, including after a sale. Transferring or selling accounts may itself be against a platform's own terms. POWER Family is not connected to these platforms and cannot reverse their decisions.
2. Value risk
- Audience size, engagement and income can fall after a sale.
- Valuations and the price index are estimates based on market data. They are guidance, not a guarantee of price or future value.
- Prices in currencies other than the Egyptian pound are converted with live rates that change.
3. Counterparty risk
- The middleman protects the payment and the handover, but a seller can still try to recover an asset later. For assets, the warranty window (7 days by default after completion) lets the buyer claim; after it ends, claims are no longer accepted through the deal.
- Penalties can be recorded against a member, but recovering money from a person who disappears may not be possible.
- Verification and a high Trust Score reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of dealing with a dishonest person.
4. Payment risk
- Wallet and InstaPay transfers are hard to reverse. Always pay the exact amount, to the account shown on the payment page or by your middleman inside the deal room, and keep your receipt.
- Never pay anyone outside the deal room, and never pay a "middleman" who contacts you privately.
