Marketplace Display Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains how listings are ordered on the POWER Family marketplace, so buyers can trust what they see and every seller gets a fair chance.

1. What can appear

  • Only live listings appear. A listing goes live after the team approves it, or immediately when the seller qualifies for instant publishing: a Trust Score at or above the team's threshold with no safety blockers, a VIP plan with instant publishing, or a team account.
  • Listings from suspended accounts, or from sellers with an approved Fraud Registry entry, are removed from the marketplace.
  • A listing must keep matching its category template; misleading listings are taken down.

2. How the "Recommended" order is calculated

Every listing receives a score from 0 to 100 built from six signals. No single signal can dominate:

  • Quality (20%) — photos, a clear description, ownership proof, a link, filled details and a price.
  • Engagement (20%) — likes, comments and views over the listing's lifetime, measured on a logarithmic scale so early leaders cannot run away with the page.
  • Trend (20%) — likes and comments in the last 72 hours, relative to the listing's age.
  • Seller trust (20%) — identity verification, account age, followers (also logarithmic), completed sales, feedback rating (with 3 or more reviews), VIP and team status. An unpaid penalty lowers it.
  • Freshness (15%) — newer listings score higher; the effect fades over about a week.
  • Fair price (5%) — asking prices within or below the platform valuation score higher.

New listings receive a small extra boost during their first 48 hours so that new sellers are seen. Listings with policy violations are pushed down. An asset that already has a deal in progress moves down and is labelled, because it cannot be bought at the moment.

3. Fairness rules

  • One seller can never fill the top of the page: at most two cards in a row come from the same seller.
  • Likes, comments and views are counted once per member. A seller's own views, likes and comments never count.
  • Other sort options (Newest, Price) are purely chronological or price-based and contain no ads.

4. Labels you may see

  • Trending — many likes and comments in the last 3 days.
  • New — published in the last 48 hours.
  • Auction — the asset is in a live auction.
  • Sponsored — a paid boost (see the Advertising Policy). Paid placement never changes the organic score above.
  • Gold frame — the seller is a VIP member. This is a visual perk only and does not change the ranking.

5. Changes

We may tune the weights to keep the marketplace useful and fair. Material changes will be announced on this page.
